This new course is designed as a one-day workshop for beginners. 

In our time we will:

• expand our understandings of what sculpture is
• discuss specific examples from art history
• explore sculptural concepts
• learn technical skills and practice physical problem solving
• get hands-on advice for reaching the best physical realization of ideas
• work on your own sculptures using provided materials

This course is for you if:

• you are curious about sculpture and want to learn more
• you want to learn technical skills like building armatures and creating volumes
• You want to learn how to translate your ideas into physical forms
• you like to draw and paint, but want to explore 3 dimensions
• you are totally new to artmaking in general and want to explore something new

This is a 5 hour one-day beginner course (6 hours including hour break for lunch) priced at 75 euros per person.

Au cours de cette journée, nous allons
